This book is a must have not only for HR students but for practicing HR consultants. It explains the theory used to explore the construct crystal clear together with empirical studies conducted. It systematically reviews most if not all of key conceptual papers about engagement. It goes on to review the drivers of engagement and suggets through evidence based empirical findings what organization can do to elicit engagement. Its an amazing text :)
