Yes you can. It dries in a few seconds and the moisturizer helps combat the drying effects of the salicylic acid

I use them once daily at night to prevent breakouts. When I first started using the pads, I used them once in the morning and once at night, but as my skin improved I switched to using them only at night. If I have a breakout, I use them twice a day. You really have to experiment to see how much usage is good for you. If you experience drying, cut back. I started using the pads only on my problem areas, but I now I use them all over my face, except near my chin and mouth which are dry areas for me.

will this clear up white head breakouts?

It helps if you have oily skin like I do / very little with white outs never black heads lol but for sure for greasy skin and whit heads a must
