Where are the instructions on how to use it?

I don’t recall instructions coming with it, but you roll the dough out, put it over the silver part, press the off white/solid part down gently on the dough (you may want to flour it) fill the pockets, dip your finger in some water, run it around the dough/around the filling, and put another rolled out sheet of dough over the filled pockets then I used the back of the off white part where it’s flat to press down gently until it creates seams, then gently pull it apart. I’m sure there’s other ways too.... you can probably find them on YouTube, food network, etc.

May I put this in the dishwaser?

I would not recommend washing this in the dishwasher. After use, brush off well and store.

does this product contain bpa and should i be concerned??

You should not be concerned about bpa with this product because bpa is a leaching problem. The plastic piece only comes in contact with the dough for a couple of seconds to form the hollows and you remove it, so you can fill the hollows.
