You would expect a Samsung flagship tablet to work right out of the box. Nope. -Couldn't get past the Android setup screen because the internet connection was unreliable. -After getting a stable internet conenction, spent the next 5 hours updating Android in 3 separate updates, each requiring its own restart and app optimizing cycle. -Detaching the pen from the tab launched the Air actions app, which got stuck and made the touchscreen unusable. Had to restart the tablet to get the touch working again. Detaching the pen again would lead to the same issue. -Keeping the pen attached to the tab while the tab is charging keeps playing the attach/detach sound effect, making the tablet lag and not recognise touch inputs. Its disappointing because the display and form factor is great but Samsung's crappy optimization (or lack thereof) and bloatware + untested features and gimmicks makes it a mess.

Sorry but this is my first time to give negative review n single star. I was looking for tab s7 plus from last couple of days n dont wana rush because of one of my previous bad experience with tab s5e, there was some blurry problem with front camera n i claimed for warranty but item is been repaired by seller owned workshop n until now am still struggling with same, after repair it worked for only 02 months n later on warranty expired, am sure there was some issue with camera circuit or cable because of moisture was generating n if its been repaired by samsung workshop technicians for sure they will prefer to change that defected part instead of repair because of their image for making customer happy. Ill prefer buying an item if its sold n shipped by amazon so than surety will be that item warranty is genuinely covered by samsung n whenever if there will be any issue than samsung technicians will take care rather than outsourced technicians. But this item s7 plus, every time different seller n some of the seller reviews are not good with warranty, i know that for all these amazon will take care or amount will be refund the defected items and i proudly say that team amazon is always helping n one step ahead but its not only about refund n not easy to return such kind of item with all of your data n not easy to wipe n reset the item for repair, surely no one wants this much hassle. After so much struggle n experience finally this time i bought my s7 plus with samsung promotional keyboard directly from samsung. Team Amazon thank you for always supporting n helping us.
