Q: Can this be used on an ATV?

I installed this on a Can Am Maverick X3. Should work fine on an ATV.

it is an universal model. you need to DIY bracket .if you are Jeep JKU owner, just check this link out, https://www.amazon.com/dp/B086X25BVY . it is for Jeep JK.

Q: I noticed that this is 8 gauge wire and it also has a hundred amp fuse built into the positive lead is that sfae.. can 8 gauge wire handle 100 amps

100 A is the max limit. you can't do that, in general less than 80 A is safe.

Q: Can the voswitch be used to switch on an Eaton ELocker or similar electric locking diff?

Yes It can there's actually a sticker that has locker on it. I actually have mine set up to run a ARB air locker and my winch in case the battery in my remote dies. This switch panel is no different than just regular toggle switches. I'm really happy I spent the extra money and got this box then the El cheapo Amazon one
