Eagle Creek's products are really good. However in this case the product advertised was for a 30L Women backup and the one I received was a 20 L Unisex. It was ordered on amazon.de, sent from the Netherlands (I think) and when I printed the label it was to be returned to Slovakia. I had to pay 19 euros postage for the return of an erroneously advertised product not meeting the description. Could be Eagle Creek's fault but Amazon should have checked.
