after receiving the pkg setup was easy, the only issue I have is 1 of 4 cameras was out of focus, I called CS, they were of no help, except telling me to buy another unit. I don't need 8 cameras. I called the company they themselves were not helpful at all. there is NO program to help you to put it in focus. after writing this review, the company reached out and replaced the camera within 5 days. I had NO problems connecting it. I gave it a 2 star when I wrote this review, but now that I'm hole, I it's now a 5 STAR

I am very satisfied with this Hiseeu camera system. The installation was much easier than I expected, especially since it supports both 2.4G and 5G wireless connections, giving you great flexibility depending on your home network. The image quality is excellent: the 5MP cameras capture very clear details both during the day and at night, and the 10.1” LCD monitor with 8MP resolution really makes a difference when reviewing recordings or monitoring in real time. The built-in audio is also a big plus, as it allows you to hear what’s happening around the cameras, which not all systems offer. I really like that it is expandable up to 16 channels, making it perfect if I want to add more cameras in the future without replacing the entire system. The cameras feel durable and work well both indoors and outdoors. Overall, it’s a very complete, reliable system with excellent value for the price. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to improve the security of their home or business.

Simple to install and adding to our cell phones was a piece of cake! Delivered next day. Clear pictures. Can be expanded which is a great option! Patch cord, mouse and screen came with this as well. Well worth the money spent (which was very very reasonable)

I wish I could give this camera system less than one star. After the return period ended, the cameras completely stopped recording. Now, they keep bombarding us with offers to purchase a storage package for each camera, which is ridiculous considering we already paid for the system. We've tried reaching out to customer service countless times through various methods, but we’ve received no response at all. It’s incredibly frustrating, especially since we also paid for the extended warranty, but they won’t help us until the manufacturer’s warranty has expired. This has been an exhausting experience, and I strongly advise anyone considering this camera system to look elsewhere. You’ll regret the purchase as much as I do!
