40 Pack 1/4" Flap Wheel Sander Set 80 Grit, 8 Sizes

With this variety pack I was able to find the perfect size flap wheel for anything from ball joint holes to wheel bearing spots in a steering knuckle. They seem to last a job or two and that's all I need from them. Depending on the size will change the grit but for just cleaning rusty corroded pieces it tackles all the jobs.

Time is money, we all know this concept. While these are disposable, for the price, they're very effective. Don't expect miracles, you'll have to learn their limitations, but I've been very pleased with them. Negative aspect? Definitely messy! Wear your safety gear, the abrasive does tend to fly about, but that's true for most sanding/shaping tools of this configuration. Don't expect a super long or extended life from these, they're simply not designed as a long lasting sanding tool, but then again, is there really such a thing? Sanding is basically destruction of one material against another, both materials utlimately paying the ultimate price. LOL! Know their limitations, use slowly and methodically, don't hurry. I'm sure there are probably higher-end, better performing systems out there but for my limited use applications, these are priceless in the shop. Overall, I would recommend these sanders and I'm sure you'll be pleased with the results.

They work good

Good set just the larger sizes are huge I don’t know what you’d use them for. The lil ones are amazing made doing a bondo job in a tight space super fast and painless. Nice to have around but they’re really for specific applications rather than general use. They are quite messy as they blow little bits of sandpaper into the air constantly.

Works great for what I needed!! Ordered more to have on hand

The larger wheels work great and last long time. The really small wheels should have lather sanding fans because under one minute of sanding made the small wheels useless. The fans bonded together into a solid wheel and we’re no longer effective. I was able to get the steel patio chairs sanded and spray painted so that is what matters most to me

These worked perfectly in a recent refinishing project. It was so much easier to attach them to the drill than to try to sand everything by hand. I appreciated the variety in grit. I don't plan on any more projects like this but if I did I would get some more of these.

Pretty good deal I go through alot of these on the cars ,I think if you price these one at a time you will be surprised at the savings,Thanks I am happy with the product and time of delivery ,I will buy more
