I use 2 tsps in my first cup of coffee every day. It’s a fine powder that dissolves instantly, and there’s no noticeable flavor! My fingernails used to break easily and are now much stronger and seem to grow faster. That’s something I only remember happening when I took prenatal vitamins. Also, I do think my hair is shinier/silkier. It seems to tangle much less (and it is long, so that can be a problem). It’s easy to use, I don’t notice a taste in my coffee. I like that the bottle was large and it dissolved easily. Not really sure if it works but I do notice my back hurting less
