Update: While the product failed, customer support was amazing. They offered to send me a new unit or provide me with a refund, outside of my return window. Since I had already purchased a replacement locally, they provided me with a full refund. Thank you very much, I really appreciate the seller going above and beyond to rectify the situation. Would do business with them again, on customer service alone. Great price point and the unit worked as expected for 2.5 months. First sign of failure, one of my monitors would lose signal, and then come right back. Then my webcam would flicker on zoom calls to the point where I just had to keep it off. Now the webcam and both monitors are not working, however 1 of the usb ports seems to still work for my keyboard. Pretty much a paper weight now at 2.5 months as my primary need here is dual monitors and extra usb ports. Will order another brand for replacement.

Edit: This may have just been some glitch in my system, because aa soon as the replacement arrived, the original is back up and running nicely. No idea what changed except I went to work and came back and tried again out of habit, and everything was fine. So must rate 5 star after all and I guess I'll save the replacement for a backup just in case or return it. Original review: This was awesome but it seems to suddenly be not working. I'm going to order another and see if it's the hub or something else with my machine, but my machine works at the office with those hubs (to get monitor and keyboard connection), and suddenly isn't working here at home with all the components same as previously. Usually I just plug and go, and it's been really nice actually - wish it had one more port because I have too many things I plug in :-). So we'll see if another one does the trick. If it breaks again I'll have to tell our IT department, who recommended it to me in the first place, that they need to pick a different one.

I purchased this for use with my Dell work computer. I wanted to have an easier way to plug in a monitor, without having to open the little doors and plug it in. I’m constantly having to pick up and go with short notice, so a single plug point is much preferred. Shipping was quick and it came out of the box looking exactly like it said. I keep the monitor plugged into this and it works flawlessly when I plug the micro USB into my computer. For that reason, I’m happy with the purchase. I have experienced an issue with the USB 2.0 plugs on the side though. If I have some sort of external storage device plugged in, it seems to work fine. However, I purchased this for ease of use and wanted to keep my wireless keyboard and mouse plugged into that. This is not an option though, as the key board won’t work and mouse is delayed and jumpy. Overall I feel like this would be handy for multiple monitors, external memory, etc. Since my computer doesn’t have a means of plugging in my monitor, this solved that problem. For my ease of use, this really didn’t solve that. I would still recommend this as a good product, for the most part, with the caution that one shouldn’t plan on using it for wireless accessories.

I've used this item 40+ hours per week for 4 years 3 months, until it died today -- I feel like that's a pretty long life for electronics components these days. Pretty good return on a $30 investment. The last few months it would lose connection to the displays intermittently, then it'd come right back. I'm replacing it with the same brand.

Works and works well. The people who says it won't extend their screens and it only allows mirroring , don't know how to set up their computer. Grey product.

Edit: One other issue is that there is a lag in screen response introduced by the product. In some applications, I think notably any Java applications, a right click for a context menu can take over 1 second to pop up. Doesn't sound like much but was otherwise instantaneous, as it should be. I am running Linux on new 3581 Dell laptop. I have 2 32" Viotek monitors using 3440x1440 and a logitech mouse with a Xperformance keyboard. I wanted to put all the peripherals on this unit so it would be a simple single thing to unplug when going mobile. First, I had to move the mouse widget to a laptop USB port. Plugged into this unit, the mouse would freeze and stutter. Second, putting both monitors on this unit caused a host of issues. When the screen saver kicked in, coming out of that mode could take 3 minutes while the different screens came on and off in a random pattern until it finally (most of the time) would settle down with all screens working. Other times, the system would just lock up and require a hard reboot. And sometimes only 2 of 3 screens (third is the laptop's screen) would recover, usually leaving the primary screen off so there was no access to the task bar. So, requiring a hard reset even though the system was functioning. When not all (or none) of the screens came back, I tried a variety of things. Unplugging one would sometimes bring it back. Balancing on one foot could sometimes bring 2 of them back. Lighting candles did nothing.

for the price, it seems like a great value considering the connections you get. however, just not a good unit overall. real issues with the handling power. so far, i only have wireless keyboard and webcam plugged in. then, i have 100w power going into it. i plug in a 13 inch ring light and it flickers/dims every few minutes. and i havent even plugged in any of the heavy stuff yet, SSD, extra monitors, more ring light, sigh. im returning before return period is over. and i dont want to be one of the buyers who said it went out on them after the return period ended. for stuff like this, just be prepared to spend a little more to get quality stuff. your productivity depends on it.

The USB C to Dual HDMI Adapter,7 in 1 USB C Docking Station worked great for several months. I was able to plug 2 monitors in the HDMI ports, my mouse and keyboard. After several months of use HDMI port #2 stopped working. I contacted customer service, did some basic trouble shooting and was sent a replacement unit when it was determined it was defective. Customer service responded in a timely manner and the replacement unit was received quickly as well. I would certainly buy from this seller again.

Didn't work at first but the communication and support from the supplier was excellent. They helped get the hub working. 2 hdmi monitors to my laptop.

Worked great when I bought it but one of my HDMI screens started to flicker on and off every few seconds and its driving me insane. Doesn't seem like a long term solution to anyone interested. Can't find any way to reach the seller for warranty UPDATE: The seller reached out and sent a replacement. The new one works fine. Hopefully it stays that way, but grateful to the seller for their customer service 😀.
