Godinger Dublin Biscuit Barrel Storage Canister Jar

These canisters (actually more like English biscuit barrels) are very pretty and just what I needed to hold bath salts and bombs, They don’t look like high end crystal however, nor would I expect them to at this price. They are very heavy and thick-walled but are made in preconfigured molds of lead-free crystal so they don’t have the sparkle or the crisp edges of hand cut lead crystal. They are an excellent price and certainly nicer than glass canisters. I was having a hard time determining what they will hold based on the measurements given so I got out my kitchen measuring cups as I filled them to find out. The large canister holds 5 cups, the medium 3 cups, and the small 1 ¼ cups; if you’re putting something in that can be piled up and not spill out like bath bombs, you can do a bit more. Other than my use, they’re good for holding coffee, tea, and daily use sugar, pet/human treats, or other smaller items but they aren’t intended for use as kitchen canisters to hold large bags of flour and sugar, the largest won’t even hold a 2 lb bag of flour which is 7 ½ cups. The crystal for that would be so heavy you wouldn’t be able to lift it when full anyway.

This is a very nice candy jar. It is a good size for candy and the glass is fairly heavy and looks nice as well.

This is Godinger, it doesn't get more classic or tasteful. I got it on sale and I wish I had purchased multiples. This was a good buy.

Absolutely beautiful for the price. I use it for butter since I use Amish butter, not a candy dish. It is lovely on my table.

Beautiful, thick crystal canister! Lid fits perfectly. So many uses! I put a string of fairy lights in it and the shimmering light is beautiful! I change up the color of the lights based on the season.

This candy dish is a very nice looking cut glass covered dish. Holds quite a bit of candy. Not over priced. I placed it on my coffee table, so that visitors & their children could help themselves.

It came and all broken I already asking for a refund and now I return them
