Yellow Jacket 60613 Ratchet Wrench

These are great for chasing threads with a tap. The square drive fits multiple size taps. I’ve been using one since the 90’s. It finally wore out and I decided to get another and went with a cheap knockoff. The gears were terrible right out of the package. Yellow jacket is the way to go. Works great. Amazon wanted me to mention “sheerness” and “thickness” I don’t know how either of those words pertains to this tool?

Good quality, though I haven't used it enough to determe if it's any better quality than other manufacturers service wrenches. Reversing switches are a nice feature, much more convenient than having to remove the wrench and flip over to reverse. It is what it is, like I said, I haven't put much abuse on mine. The only thing I could see failing would be the ratcheting mechanism, but mine hasn't failed yet, so no comment. It's essentially thick pieces of flat steel riveted together in layers and chromed. Fits standard service valve bits.

Not sure what to say here.... This is the ratchet used with a king valve tool for hvac. I've only seen the one size used in residential hvac, but this ratchet wrench (and pretty much all others of this design) can hold 4 different sized tools. At least one of those is for commercial, and some day I hope to know what all 4 sizes are for. The Yelowjacket brand is very well known for quality stuff in hvac, and this standard ratchet should be able to hold up to the mightiest of king valves.

Gotta have one. Great ratcheting tool for getting in and checking pressure in furnaces, garage heaters, whatever.

I used this for drain offs and gate valves worked really well until my apprentice lost it. I found it convenient for getting into tight spots on drain offs and for gate valves that have lost their heads. Special tools like this must be taken care of lol. I'm going to have to buy another now that we have gotten rid of the apprentice.

Great. Very convenient to have 4 sizes in one tool.

Added benefit is that it id great for tightening central heating pump valves and drain cocks.

Very handy tool in the refrigeration trade.
