They were super helpful and quick at responding to me. It must have been issues with the first one that made it sound different, this one doesn't sound as loud as the first one.A very OK stapler. When it works it's great but jams a bit more than I'd like. I will staple once and it catches the paper and I will have to double staple it or release the staple holder and wiggle my paper out. Like I mentioned when it works it's a great stapler. I find the double stapling a bit much in my quiet office.
