Do the extra magnets come with it?

It comes all you see on the pic. Not sure what you mean by extra.

The description says "6 pc magnets ea." Does that mean 6 clamps? Or what, if that isn't right?

Thats 6 magnets on one tool , great product for setting up tabs on tubing etc. The magnets are very strong maybe holds up to 5#.

please explain why it is 4 times the money for 2 as it is for 1 unit?

Sometimes the different pack quantities come from different places. Sometimes it's a typo. This happens with a lot of perfectly legitimate products all over Amazon. I wouldnt worry about it too much and just buy two singles.

Great welding magnet from tough hands.

I bought this for the forge build and it did the job. Plus And I don’t know why but they sent me two. Two for the price of one I guess. I’m very glad too because I actually needed two. Someone must of knew. 😀

Magnet already lost magnetism

Only used a couple of times and 1 of the magnets has already lost its magnetism, tried to re magnetise but to no avail.
