I only used the front board and it's too small. After lipo tummy is like playdoh and after using this board I noticed that it created a crease mid abdomen literally the outline of the top of the board and now I have an awkward dip. Spend the money on a bigger board, your massage person may have some or can point you in the right direction this one is too small, do not purchase.

The back board do not stay in place, do not give the compression it needs under the compression garment. Ab board worked fine.

These boards are awesome and I wish I would have known about them sooner. I had lipo 3 weeks ago, but before I learned about these boards I had no protection against my skin when wearing the compression garment. As a result, a crease formed. Once I learned about these sturdy boards, I purchased immediately. They are sturdy, stay in place, and an awesome bargain for the quantity. I highly recommend. And, they come in fun colors. I went with black to keep things simple.
