It's thinner in texture than normal aqueous cream, lathers up slightly and doesn't leave the skin feeling as greasy. But I feel it's a little drying on the face and clogs the pores if used every day. It's great that it comes in a tube and not a tub. For this reason I'm alternating it with my other cleanser. So I'm giving it 4 stars out of 5 for general use.

Found it fine to use on my very sensitive skin, which is already becoming a lot softer and more supple, and being SLS-free, it doesn't sting like other aqueous creams. It also lathers slightly when used with warm water, so it makes for a nice, gentle soap as well. I won't be using anything else from now on.

Very good. Small amounts absorb well into skin. Not sticky.

I don't normally write reviews but I developed itchy dry skin on my hands which became sore and inflammed, so bright red they looked burnt! I tried various different specialist creams including e45 anti itch cream which made it worse. Then I found this on amazon after being recommended aqueous cream, within a few hours of applying the cream I noticed a difference, my hands stopped being itchy and within 24hours the inflammation had calmed dramatically. I have now been using this everyday as a cream and hand wash for nearly a week and my hands are almost back to normal. I have plenty cream left but will definitely be buying more once I've run out.
