I have a tech 21 pure clear case and it doesn't say what the material is other than bulletshield. anyone know the material and is it compatible?

I’m pretty sure any material that is flat would work. It’s got a good grip. I use a spigen wallet case that is kinda plastic-y & it works great. Boyfriend uses a leather wallet phone case & it works on there too.

Does it have to be in the middle of the phone? Will it work if I place it off centured?

No, it does not have to be in the middle. If you place it further down on the phone it is easier to text. But I would keep it centered horizontally

For those who say wireless charging works, where did you position your strap?

I placed the grip approx. 1" up from the bottom of case, and that leaves approx. 1 1/2" from the top of the grip to the top of the case. I have a round wireless charger and this grip doesn't interfere with charging but I do have to fidget with my phone to find the correct spot on the charger where it will connect to charge.

Is this Magsafe compatible? Did anyone try it on the 12 series yet?

On the wireless charger I have it works ok, that is, while it doesn't sit flat its profile is slim enough that the charging works fine. I do have to be sure it's sitting dead on, but it works and it's not that big a deal.
