Does this come with the antenna?

It has a built in gps antenna and a port for an external gps antenna. The internal works just fine for me.

Does this come with a mounting bracket? The photo does not show one.

Good question! No mention of it anywhere in the ad or on Prime Marine's website. Doesn't mention a power cable either.

Hello, can i use this in mediterranian sea? i mean will gps connect outside usa?

I am using mine in southamerica without any problem. You should be able to use this unit in Europe. In order to have an updated and reliable data, you should buy the proper map chart(c map) for your region.
