Great laundry basket, was alot bigger than i thought it would be and looks great.

I’ve had this for a few years at the time of writing, Highly recommend it. It was easy to assemble and it’s fast and simple to attach or remove the laundry bags. The bags are very lightweight but they’ve held up well so far. It’s been really useful to keep things tidy and separate dark and light clothing. When I first got it, it smelled a little but that’s worn off and it doesn’t anymore. Good value for money.

I bought this for my son. It was easy to put together & quite roomy. The internal bags are a great idea, can just lift out & take to washing machine.

What a brilliant idea! Separates darks from whites (manualy sort it as it goes in) and when bag full is perfect load for washing.

I bought this to keep my recycling organised and out of sight. Fits perfect in the place I wanted it. Love the bags that come with it which is one of the main reasons why I bought this washing basket because as I live on the 3rd floor apartment building with no lift it’s great being able to just take the bag out of the basket go down stairs with it, empty it and then go back upstairs. No need to sort my recycling when down stairs anymore! Good sturdy product. If it is wrinkled just give it a day or two because the way it’s folded once you fill it with clothes the winkles will come out. Super easy to put together.

The laundry basket served its purpose well for about a year, but unfortunately, it didn’t hold up as well as I’d hoped. The dual compartments for sorting darks and whites were very useful, and I liked that the bags could be removed for easy transport to the washing machine. However, the biggest issue was the structural integrity. The rods in the corners and middle started piercing through the fabric over time, especially when the bags were filled with clothes. This led to multiple holes forming, weakening the basket’s overall durability. The fabric itself felt decent at first, but under regular use, it just wasn’t strong enough to withstand the weight of laundry without sagging and causing stress on the frame. If you’re looking for a short-term solution or something for lighter loads, this might still work for you. But if you need a long-lasting, heavy-duty option, I’d recommend looking for one with a sturdier frame or reinforced fabric to prevent the same issue. Would I buy it again? Probably not, unless the design was improved.

Edit: the seller reached out without me contacting them and offered a full refund, so I decided to increase from 2-4 stars for the great customer service. I have mostly been able to repair the bits that broke and product hasn't broken further since my review so its quite likely I just got a couple of bad toggles at the start. Refund offer wasn't requesting a change to review, company just seemed sorry they disappointed a customer so I decided to revise the review to reflect how well I felt they dealt with this. Original review: Good idea for a product but very flimsy, lost a few of the toggles that hold the bags in place already, and the velcro that holds the support structure to the fabric has already separated from the hamper in one spot I liked it as a product but this degradation took about 4 laundry loads to start and I don't expect it to last over a year before I need to find a replacement which is a shame as the idea of two separate bags that you can take down without the rest of the hamper is so handy - my utility room is on the ground floor but the bedroom is on the top floor of my 3 storey townhouse and this makes laundry day much easier.
