Great protein Drink
Like that the product is low carb, low calorie and the tast is fairlly good. It tends to be very sweet for me, so I use less of the powder...but a very good product. Like the convenience of getting the protein very quickly when busy with the COVID work from home routine!

Holy cow! (no pun intended)
I have used Biotrust low carb protein for a while so was pumped to try the new low carb lite. Definitely a game changer in that it has less calories and carbs, so it fits in better with my keto lifestyle. I hope they come out with additional flavors, but for now the chocolate ice cream and vanilla cupcake are amazeballs.

Made me sick
This protein made me sick. The first time it gave me liquid bowel movements. I thought I had a stomach bug. I tried it again and the same thing plus vomiting. It was awful. Do not recommend. Doesn’t taste very good either.

Doesn’t dissolve in hot liquids, too sweet
It’s very sweet, and I only used 1 scoop. I put it in my hot coffee, and it didn’t dissolve, it was very clumpy. I read to mix the powder with cold water, then add that to my coffee, which will make my coffee not hot. I wish I realized this before I bought it. I will use it in my yogurt and cottage cheese.I bought it for the low calories and high protein. Very sweet!
