Usually I recommend 1 can per wheel. But I would use the matte black first, then finish with the glossy black. Cheaper way to do it.

Can you use over existing palsidip?

Hello, Plasti Dip can be applied over Plasti Dip, you just need to clean with hot water and ensure the surface is thoroughly dry prior to application. Can this peel off around letters on a vehicle
