Camden Hill Memory Foam Tencel Pillow (Queen)

My wife and I have always had problems with pillows. She likes (or liked) down pillows, and I liked foam for the support. But neither of us was happy with the choices out there (we've tried a lot). After seeing the reviews, I thought it was worth a try. This is a pillow we both love. It has that down-like fluffiness for her, and the support for me. Typically, I would use two pillows in order to give me the height I needed. With this, I don't need to use another pillow. I noticed another reviewer mentioned that it didn't feel soft enough. I can see what see means. In one way, it doesn't squish down as much as other pillows. However, I can't say that it's hard and uncomfortable. If it did squish more, it wouldn't give me the support I'm looking for. It's a strange thing. I get what she was saying, but it still feels really good. We have a family reunion coming up and I ordered four more. Now we have to decide who gets the "good pillows" and who gets the leftovers from all of our past trials. One more thing. Unlike many other reviewers, I wasn't offered anything for my opinion. Wish I was. I just spent approx. $200 for six of them.

My daughter recommended this pillow for her father so I bought one for him and then decided I should try it also. I use to sleep on my side but was really having trouble doing that ever since I got in an accident and got whiplash. I was struggling to find just the right pillow. Well I think I have succeeded! Although it's not perfect, it has allowed me to sleep on my side once again. My only complaint and why I did not give it five stars is because I think it hot. Normally when one flips a pillow the other side is at least cool, not this one. I can sleep on my back with this pillow but it is only ok.

Update on this Review: The customer service department contacted me and apologized to me that I had issues with their pillow. I explained their memory foam Tencal Pillow did not work for me and was not cool enough for me to sleep on. I suggested that they make a different type pillow made out of some other type of filling that has a cooling process for people who needs more of a stronger type of cooling control in a pillow. A pillow that can give a better cooling process control in a pillow. The customer service department was very open to my suggestions. They told me when they do produce a better cooling pillow that they will notify me. I told them thank you so much that I would appreciate that, and I would definitely purchase from them again if they offer a better cooling pillow. I was please with the service I received from Kaitlyn in the customer service department and that she would adjust my account for any discomfort on my part. I really appreciate a friendly customer service department that really tries to help satisfy their customers. Thumbs up to you Kaitlyn. This pillow is not cool as described on the website and is kinda hard and not that comfortable to sleep on. Makes you sweat a lot in your head. Would not purchase again.

I have been looking for a pillow the right the right density, firmness yet softness, not to cause neck and shoulder pain or go flat or hard, this is it! When I first got it, I almost sent it back. It was a hard round ball. I read another reviewer you have to punch it. I set it on my bed and punched the daylights out of it, smoothed it out, laid down, heaven! I absolutely love it and the cover is so soft. Buy this pillow you won't regret it!

its soft... but it stinks so horrible. im just going to wait till my husband gets home ( it was a small birthday gift to him because were currently treating my cancer so were broke) and i dont want him to automatically know about the smell annd im just going to see what he thinks. if he smells it as strongly as i do then were just going to throw it away. we dont bother with returning things. its annoying and a hassle. Your customers should really know that the item you sell smell like chemicals.

This is a great pillow. I haven't had it very long, so I cannot give you a rating on how long it holds up. What I can tell you is, for me, it is filled with the perfect amount of memory foam. It's not too thick or hard, so it will not hurt your neck. I sleep really well on this pillow. Very comfortable. The Quilted cover is also very nice. I believe it to be high quality. Also the shipping was amazing! I got it in exactly two days as stated.

The pillow case is very soft and all materials appear to good quality. With the pillow case off you are able to see through the shredded memory foam casing and see the memory foam. The pillow seems to be well made. With this said, I am returning the pillows, I ordered two, one for my wife, one for myself. The first night I was awake off and on trying to get comfortable with the pillow. In the morning my neck and shoulders were sore. My wife experienced the same thing. We had pillow cases on and decided to take them off to see if this made a difference for the next night. Same results..... I found myself spending 2-3 minutes trying to get the pillow in a comfortable position each time I rolled over or when laying down to go to bed. My head continued to sink into the memory foam in uncomfortable positions. Forcing more adjusting a few minutes later. This is what caused me to wake up constantly, because it would create a pain in my neck. To sum it up, this pillow appears to be well made and feels very nice to the touch. It does not seem to provide (for me and my wife at least) a good nights sleep. Neck pain and headaches is what we experienced after the two nights we tried it. It may work for other, but just wasn't right for us. Going back to my buckwheat pillow, if you have never tried one I suggest your do.

Well this is and updated review, the pillow didn't work for my it kept me up all night cause it was sliding around and no way for me to get it underneath my head! So I returned it . What is Great about this Seller/Company is They really appreciate your business.They called me few times just to make sure I got my refund back which is nice from them to do so. Christopher was very friendly and he made sure I got my money back. As a side Sleeper it's hard for me to find a pillow I can sleep and rest on and this one unfortunately didn't work for me.I think it works best for back/Stomach sleepers!
