No it is not. This is the old-style wide 30 pin connector on the iPhone 4 and earlier. The iPhone 6 has the thinner "lightning" connection. Sorry.

Audi and VW have audio input adapter cables for an Ipod and android (mini usb), will this work to stream bluetooth audio from an android tablet?

The dockStubz+ adapter is a 30-Pin male to female pass-through case adapter with charge conversion. It is not a bluetooth adapter, so it would not be able to do this.

is this supposed to allow a micro usb cord to charge the ipad while passing audio through to my truck's stereo?

Not really. This adapter is essentially just a short extension of the 30-pin connector that reduces the overall size of the connector end so that it will fit in the opening of non-standard cases for the iPod Touch and the iPhone, and thus allows the iPod/iPhone to work case-on. There is no side USB port on this adapter for simultaneously charging while plugged into a music playing device.
