suitable for four month ok

I started my son at 4 months. Not brushing but just letting him play with it under supervision. I'd yell, "I bet that tickles!" and tap it on various parts of his body. Eentually, he started to loooove playing with it and by the time he was teething the vibrations were so important that we couldn't leave the house without it. Sooooo many baby hysterics avoided because of this wonderful distraction. He's 9 months and still adores it. Never stopped adoring it. We haven't really trained him to brush with it yet since he only had 1 tooth and it is barely out.

does this come with the baby brush head or the toddler brush head?

The toothbrush actually comes with both brush heads. It's a really nice brush for little ones!

Does anyone know if there is any warranty or how to file a claim?

I contacted Brush Baby directly using the 'contact us' webform on their webpage. Customer service was excellent! They sent me a replacement toothbrush along with other items.

Does battery cover screw on or snap in place?

It requires twisting to release and seal back in place.
