Can i charge the battery that came with m50 here and vice versa?

yes it work on OEM and after market battery, it's a must if you have any of the LP-E12 batteries, which I have been using it to charge my OEM and the aftermarket battery together, no problem at all. I had it since last May of 2018

Does this work with 220 Volt?

The one I received with mine is labeled LG and accepts 100-240 Volts.

Are the trays removable to adapt other types of batteries? i have lp-e6 and np-f770 trays that appear to fit this with similar voltage specs.

No they are a set size for just the batteries that it comes with.
