Can i customize the key presses that the joystick inputs, e.g. instead of wsad i want them to correspond to up, down, left, right arrows?

Yes ... But it is very poor for directional functions ... Works well replacing keys that are bound to 1 touch functiins so you can just flick the stick ... For example if you open a menu by hitting M you could keybind M to 1 of the 4 directions and no longer have to stretch to touch M .... But in my experience functiins that require you to hold down a key ... For example sprinting when you hold SHIFT ... It does not work well for this ...

Can i use this to play Minecraft 1 handed?

Not well... I mean you could but.... you would have to reprogram most of the buttons. Even then it there would be things you couldn't do. But its great for side scrollers and stuff.

Can you program to copy and paste? I use these two a lot and want a mouse that can do it in one click instead of keyboard strokes.

You can always highlight and right click. And I am sure a macro could be made.

in league can i use rocker to pan camera?

Think of it as 4 different directional buttons doesnt really work like a xbox/ps4 joystick
