Can this fit a slim-built medium-height female?

Not sure what slim fit medium height means exactly. They have specific parameters on the Osprey website you should definitely check out. That being said you would probably have to order the small-medium size pack. The Aether Plus has more adjustment range than I have seen with any other pack on the market. Essentially, this pack should fit you as well as any pack and probably the best fit you will get with a 100L size pack out there. The 100L is no joke and I can only assume you need it to climb mountains. If that is not your intention than I diffidently suggest a smaller pack which will fit you better. I climbed Mt Rainier in this pack June of this year, 2022. It was a good pack and fit me better than any pack I have ever used due to the size adjustments available for this pack. I am difficult to fit, I am 5'6 but a muscular wider frame at 185 lb. I went with the small-medium due to the height adjustments.
