FYI: 1prepared serving is 1/2 cup. 1 packet makes 2cups mashed potatoes. Easy to make with a combination of hot water, butter and milk. I use a lite chicken broth instead of plain H2O, add some sour cream, extra butter, dried chives, a little parsley, garlic granules, salt and pepper...and they're super delicious!! Mine weren't goopy or gluey at all...you can decrease your liquids if you find them "goopy"... Taste and consistency was great. I store left-over mashed potatoes in fridge...they get quite thick though, so I just add a little milk/water while reheating them. Review: I love these organic instant mashed potatoes!
