How often should I apply?

For cuts, scrapes, blisters I apply a thin coat and band-aid1 time a day for about 3 days. May need to do more days dependent on how bad the injury is. I find it is especially effective on skin breaks around the fingernails. They are painful but after a couple of treatments with Melagel the pain is gone and the injury is well on the way to healing.

Do they sell it in cases ?

I'm sure you can, but you will probably have to go thru a Melaleuca, Inc dealer. They are kind of Multi-level marketing group like Amway or Avon. You will have to find someone in your area that is willing to sell it to you.
