Have no idea how to use the plastic shaping tool?** A: I packed rice in both sides of the open tube, then laid my cucumber and avacado on one side and my thinly sliced ahi tuna. Then I closed the tube and pushed the rice filled tube onto my Nori sheet. Once the rice was on my Nori, which was laid on top of my bamboo rolling mat, I rolled it tightly to the end of the mat. One rolled, I wrapped the entire roll in plastic wrap to chill. About thirty minutes and then sliced the roll. I made several rolls. You'll get the hang of it.
