Very good and healthy choice for sugar

Easily makes a delicious hot or cold drink with Stevia or sweetener of choice,and baked goods, carob seed or nuts butters etc.

I bought this to make "replacement" dark chocolate for my wife that likes dark chocolate but can no longer eat if for medical reasons. The chocolate I made turned out delicious! On my third batch already and will definitely be ordering more.

This is good quality carob powder. It smells good, tastes good, like carob powder should. The only negative is the packaging. Because this is an item where I rely on the zip top closure to work when storing my item, the fact that this package cannot be closed after opening it is problematic. I do have to store it in a plastic bag that seals.

I mix this into my morning healthy shake with protein powder. I'm on a medically restrictive fat diet, and carob powder only has a small amount of fat compared to cocoa powder. I enjoy this product.

Excellent flavor, fresh, great chocolate alternative. Does taste of Carob, but I like that.

I wanted to buy an alternative warm beverage to replace my coffee habit. Coffee is hard on my stomach. And, I would like to avoid caffeine. This is very tasty. I used one serving in 2 cups of water. Then, I added almond creamer. It was delicious. I did not get acid indigestion after drinking. You could probably even use cold cream on top.

Not a great flavor compared to some other carob powders. It works fine, and smells nice, but the flavor is just a bit unpleasant unless you really get used to it.

I make “chocolate milk” with the carob powder and rice milk for my 6 year old with eczema and food sensitivities. He loves this and could tell the difference when I switched brands.
