This is a 5.5 connector cable you want. It is solid, heavy duty, These are 16awg, not 20awg. They are pre-prepped soldered ends. An obvious good quality, installers perceived quality confidence connector. These will handle the currents that 20awg will resist. Do this. No fantom bug issues with dropouts, disconnects, etc. Go 16awg.

I purchased this to be able to wire auxiliary lights to my EcoFlow River 2 pro. Splicing these to the wiring harness provided with my lights was easy and worked exactly as I had hoped. Be sure to not wire anything that requires over 30 W if you plan on using this with the EcoFlow ports as 30 W is their limit. The plug fits tightly in the port and the cable seems to be a very high gauge.

Good, solid DC power cables with male barrel fittings. They fit perfectly into the female DC power connectors I used in my project, supplying 12Vdc to a homemade digital VSWR meter. The cables were made with the nearest metric equivalent of 18 AWG wire. The wires are enclosed in a good, flexible outer jacket. The ends of the wires were pre-tinned, which was probably unnecessary. I had to clip off the tinned portions in order to crimp ring terminals onto the ends of the wires. Not taking any stars off for that, as it wasn't really a problem, and others might find it a useful feature. All-in-all, these are good cables and they worked well in my application.

I bought these cables to connect an LED controller (which only has screw terminals for output) to an LED lamp. I ended up having to snip off the pre-tinned ends and strip it back, because the terminals wouldn't work with the tinned leads. The cable is working perfectly well, and the 2.1mm connector fits snugly into the socket.

I am always dubious WRT the wire size claims of many products listed here but this brand delivered. I was elated to find the actual wire size true to form and the end tinned. This is a good cable. Recommended when you want to be sure of the wire size.

These cables arrived well packaged in individual ziplock style bags. I am very happy with the build quality of each cable. The 5.5/2.1 barrel plugs fit all of my devices snuggly, and have never given me the impression that they could fall out. The bare ends had a small bit of solder on them, which was helpful. For me, the fact that these cable are soft, and flexible was important. In addition, the fact that the manufacturer seems to understand that looping cables instead of tying them in a bow is the way to go. I hate stiff cables that have multiple tight wavy bends that never work themselves out. It makes cable management a huge challenge. I used these cables to extend existing cables to power devices in temperatures as low as -20°C, and they remain flexible enough for my needs. Nothing really stays flexible in those temperatures, but these have met my expectations. They also hold a nice snug connection. I mainly use these cables to connect my telescope mount to my power hub and other similar components on my astrophotography rig. Would definitely buy again.

I bought this cable because I needed a way to power my WeBoost system from the switch panel installed in my vehicle. Overall the cable works well and the quality seems good. It did exactly what I needed for my setup. The only issue I ran into was that the plastic housing around the DC connector is thicker than what you usually find on similar cables. In my case I had to slightly trim it so it could properly fit into the power port on the device. This was my personal experience, but in general the plastic housing does seem a bit thicker than average. Because of that, depending on the device you are connecting to, you might need to make a small modification to ensure it fits properly and makes good contact. Other than that, it’s a useful cable and works well for DIY power setups.

I bought a few different versions of this DC barrel connector and this is the only one that actually gives you close to the right thickness of wire. With my wire strippers it appears this wire is somewhere between 16 and 18 AWG in other words, more than enough copper to carry all the current you would need from a barrel connector Compare this to other versions on Amazon which claim to be 18 AWG but are actually 26 to 30 AWG Yes it's a bit more expensive but totally worth it.
