Solgar is a reliably good brand
I buy a lot of my supplements from Solgar regularly. The quality is consistent and the price reasonable. Theres no bad taste either, ez to swallow. I use Solgar Beta Carotene for my skin and eyes. My vision actually improved after using this for years! also get the skin benefits as well and helps keep sunburn at bay as it helps me tan 👍

Upon reading many summaries and locating space specific ingredients recommended by Dr. Andrew Weil chose this product. Regular consumption for about a month. No noticed significant difference to date, yet. Expect with consistent use combining added Juiced carrots will help maintain vision and potentially enhance recovery. I've healed vision before to 20/15. With renewed nutrition assistance anticipate improvement over time.

Quality beta carotene

Something smells fishy
Wife got these for aiding her immune system with zinc, vitamin b complex and towards acne. It's a 50/50 with her acne and as for her immune system, it seems to work towards it! She was getting sick constantly earlier in the year and she was told she was immune compromised and was recommended the beta carotene, zinc, and vitamin b complex. This is a great addition to the arsenal! Just get over the fishy smell and flavor of the ocean!
