Great fan for indoor cycling and general air circulation
Used it every time I do indoor cycling on my bike trainer, very effective, remote is a big plus so I don't get myself cold at the start, only kicks in when needed. Also effective in circulating air around the apartment. Great value!

Excellent fan for indoor cycling, training, zwift riding!
Outstanding fan!!! To clarify, I purchased for the purpose of indoor cycle training. Honestly exceeded my expectation. First time trying it this morning. Easy setup. Attached the remote control to my handle bar in a spot I could easily access but out of the way for riding. Set the fan in front of me and pointed it where it would direct air to me but not directly into my face. Started my Zwift workout with the fan on speed 1 and increased through the ride to highest speed setting 3. The fan provided great, directed airflow and was very quiet. Great value for the price. Additionally, it is relatively small, light, and easy to maneuver and/or put away. Exactly what I needed!

BABY HURRICANE
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS FAN! THE WIND FORCE IS TOP NOTCH AND THE CONVENIENCE OF THE REMOTE MAKES IT EVEN BETTER. I'VE BOUGHT 3 AND THEY DEFINITELY HELP WITH COOLING DOWN THE ROOMS THEY'RE PLACED IN. TEXAS HEAT CAN'T BE BEAT UNLESS YOU HAVE THIS BABY HURRICANE!

Excellent value for money
Excellent product. I bought this fan for my workout area and stationary bike. It outperforms every other fan ive used by leaps and bounds. On its highest setting the amount of airflow produced is outstanding, it feels like I am riding down a hill at 50mph. -Amazing airflow and power -Incredibly Lightweight -Much lower noise/CFM than every other fan ive tested -Excellent value for money -Many elevation and configuration options

great fan, but the remote stinks.
I lol'd at the person who dropped one star because they read the warnings... I don't think it would be a good idea to route your cord under your exercise mat with an extension cord then work out on top of it, sounds like a recipe for trouble. a fan, much like a toaster, should be used with a gfci outlet, that is for your protection simply because how these devices work. and yes, covering a fan/restricting its ability to move air will cause a buildup of heat... this would be bad. the warnings are not an indication of an unsafe product... the fan seems well made, its well put together the body pieces fit well it feels durable. the motor has some power, you can feel the torque cause that momentary "twist" when it powers on, mine runs with the standard fan whirr, no other squeaks or rattles or annoying resonances and it moves a. lot. of. air. particularly for its size. it also has quite a long, thick, durable cord, its also flexible and not overly stiff. overall, I like this fan but... the direction of the air it moves is quite constrained, it works, but it would be nice if it were to cover more vertical space, its kind of narrow on the horizontal, but its workable. the remote like others say is quite poor. yeah, the batteries it came with only worked once or twice. I dropped some new batteries in and only for a week or two did it actually occasionally work outside of a 2' range. the promise of attaching it to my handle bars and controlling it from my saddle was apparently too good to be true. I stuck standing up and leaning forward far enough to practically touch the fan with it, but I don't have to get off my bike so I have that going for me which is nice... I got it on sale, and I don't know if I would have this same 4-star outlook at the current price of nearly $100, if the remote worked well that would solve a lot of that and justify that non-sale asking price a little better but with my experience with the remote seemingly being soooo similar to many others experiences in these reviews... in the end, I will never use another regular fan to cool my efforts if I have a choice, and I like this fan, but I cannot justify its non-sale price with the function of the remote, I don't think a remote control that works outside of a couple feet is too much to ask for in this day.. I remember my first VCR and some cable boxes having a corded remote because cordless ones were kind of garbage... that was nearly 40 years ago...

Perfect addition to the "Pain Cave" - Quiet and effective
If you need a cooling fan for your indoor trainer, this unit is hard to beat for the price. I've used it in my pain cave for six months now. Performance & Noise: The middle angle setting is ideal; it creates a comfortable curtain of air that hits exactly where you need it. Unless I am pushing heavy efforts, the first speed setting is more than adequate. The noise level is also quite good, even when running it in the basement, it isn't audible on the main floor of the house. The Remote: The remote works well strapped onto the handlebars, and you don't need to worry about having a direct line of sight to the fan. One criticism: The battery shipped with the remote is low quality and died within a few weeks. However, this was easily fixed with a battery swap and I have had no issues since."

Excellent fan for my indoor cycling setup but the remote died.
Edit: I did some digging and found the instructions to re-pair the remote to the fan. They weren’t exactly correct but I managed to get it working. Revised to 5 STARS! I have been using this fan for 4 years this month. It's used a couple times a week and is very effective. I use the lid of my laptop to deflect the air so it hits me in the body and face. I'm using a TV for Zwift so don't need to view the laptop screen. My only complaint is that after 4 years the remote function started to die and is no longer working. Tried the usual with changing the batteries but no joy. The red light comes on when I press the buttons but nothing happens with the fan. Don't know if it's the fan or the remote. The fan had been slow to start when starting by remote. Fan still works but is no longer as convenient since I need to get off the bike to change the speeds.
