Incorrect product description and terrible customer service
The product description stated this was compatible with Series 5 but it doesn't fit on my Series 5 razor. After countless attempts to get the matter rectified, the return/exchange is refused by the seller because it was opened but I wouldn't have known it would fit or not until I opened it. Plus the product page said it would fit. the product shipped from the UK which I have no idea why and even if I could return it, the duties alone would net out the cost of the item. Very disappointed with this entire experience. 0 stars

Rejuvenate not recycled.
Perfect price and gave new life to an appliance that was inoperable. My son tossed the electric razor aside as soon as the foil was damaged on his $140 plus electric razor. For the $35 investment, I gained a expensive razor.Amazing purchase.

Have to go over my face repeatedly
I replaced my cutter and foil not a month ago and I have to repeatedly go over my face to get a smooth shave. I don’t understand why as I don’t have very thick or course facial hair. I wish I could contact someone regarding this
