Does this come with the carrying bag that you find on their website?

I haven't looked for a carrying bag on generic websites. However, in researching the grill I found that the Jetboil site has replacement bags if you need one.

Does this come with connection hose for fuel?

Yes this comes with a line for Coleman type fuel bottles. You can purchase a connection that will attach the stove to propane tanks if you are interested.

Will this work with a Camp Chef griddle?

It can. You'll just have different spots that are hotter than others while cooking. The pan works much better as the flux ring will have more even heating.

Can this also work with other camp cookware?

Yes. The burners are standard (probably the same as those on the folding Coleman) and will accept any flat pan or pot. The fry pan is flat. The pot has the side fins for more efficient heating but the rest is flat. It is only the optional jet link accessory that only takes the jetboil cups unless you use the pan adapter that came with your jetboil cup (one came with my original sumo but that may also be optional.). I'm really glad I made this purchase, the flame control is the best I've seen. However I'm not sure how the much cheaper folding Coleman works but it doesn't come with the jetlink option or the nice pot and pan. So far they food hasn't stuck to them. I really like this for car camping as it is self contained in the bag: stove, pan and pot. My jetlink also fits in the upper lid. The propane fuel bottle, my sumo cup, utensils, plates, etc are in a plastic tote. So I just grab these two containers and go.
