Meanwhile, I am also doing physical therapy and working on my posture. I am hoping they help the tissues heal but it is a long-term process, so I was not expecting overnight relief. They're pretty pricy, but compared to buying glucosamine and collagen separately, they are actually less expensive and more convenient when you consider all the other vitamins they include.
