Does it work on 10mm foam?

I haven't tried it, but I believe it might. It is a very flexible rubber cement. Perfect for laying track and cork roadbed. The track and roadbed can be removed with a scrapper or putty knife. Charlie Bishop uses it with Woodland Scenics Form roadbed.

How long does it take for the smell to dissipate ? I'd like to use it to glue linings inside jewellery boxes.

The smell seems to go away very quickly. I only notice it while applying.

Does it have an applicator?

Yes, a brush in the cap, but I just buy cheap kid's craft brushes when I'm using it. Cheers.
