Q: I am getting a dog that will only get up to 10 lbs would a small work or still too big?

It will probably be too big Our dog is 16 lbs, thick chested and it fits him well

Q: Seems to be large for a 35 lb australian cattle dog, would require too much strap adjustment? is it available in a medium? thank you

I had a large for my other dog. I tried it on my 51 lb ACD and even adjusted to smallest possible. It was still way too big.
