I like it.
I use this in the summer/fall to help with hair fall. I mix it with water and add in castor oil or coconut oil, and only apply it to my scalp and never the ends of my hair as I find it drying to my curly fine hair. I started using this while I used Minoxidil and I think it has helped with hair fall, but I can't say if it was mainly due to this or minoxidil. I find it cooling to my scalp. I also put a plastic bag/bonnet on my head after application, because if I leave it exposed, it dries and that makes it hard to wash out. This 8oz bag would last me around year if I apply every two weeks during spring/summer/fall. Its too cold in the winter to apply this.

SIDR POWDER FOR HAIR FOR DENSITY & SCALP HEALTH
Received SIDR powder in timely fashion. The quality is top notch. Warning, be careful about fineness of powder, otherwise particles can blowback into eyes and/or nostrils causing extreme irritation and/or sneezing. Two of my favorite YouTube Influencers (#HennaSooq and #CurlyProverbz) put me onto Sidr Powder and other Ayurvedic hair/skin solutions. Sidr Powder just happened to have aided with progressive benefits in eliminating scalp irritation and provide appearance of thicker tresses. As most may know Sidr leaves strengthen hair, and create a healthy scalp environment for hair growth. Sidr antibacterial properties soothe itchy or irritated scalps. Sidr can be used as a shampoo or scalp conditioner. Here's a process incorporated between #HennaSooq and #CurlyProverbz. I added my own hair oil to hair prior to application. This is a 5-minute process, but for best results permit to sit for a ln hour maximum before usage. Tools Needed: โช๏ธAn empty spray bottle. โช๏ธA bottle or container with a lid (Hair Applicator Bottle). โช๏ธA piece of muslin, sieve or coffee filter. โช๏ธSidr leaf powder, alternatively just blend the dried Sidr leaves. โช๏ธWater Instructions: โช๏ธAdd 1 TBSP of Sidr leaf powder to 1 cup of warm water. โช๏ธShake vigorously for 2-3 minutes; the mixture will be bubbly/frothy. โช๏ธLet stand for 1 hour. โช๏ธPour through the muslin, sieve or coffee filter into a spray bottle. Sidr shampoo is ready to use! Application: โช๏ธSpray onto dry hair ensuring to massage into the scalp and roots especially, until hair is thoroughly saturated. โช๏ธCover hair with plastic cap and wrap with towel. โช๏ธLeave at a minimum 5 minutes; 1 hour maximum. โช๏ธRinse thoroughly with warm water until clear. โพ๏ธFollow up with moisturizing conditioner. โNOTE: Grandual particles will be deposited onto hair. I hope this is of help to others on a holistic journey in hair/skin care. Tresses are developing strength and less shedding experienced after the first Application, but THE MESS is worth the effort. Mix a Little of this withโฆ.
Rhassoul clay for hair. I mix a level teaspoon each of the rhassoul and Sidr powder into a condiment bottle or hair dye bottle about an 8ounce size. Then I add a couple of caps fulls of ACV with the mother in it. Add water and fill it up and shake it. Wet your hair in the shower. Then squeeze onto the scalp first then massage the scalp. Then pour the rest into the length of the hair. Clean scalp, detangled hair, smooth hairs ( lays the cuticle down veeery smooth), great shine. Also, dandruff isnโt present and the itchiness is gone. The best leave in condition for meโฆ Giovanni Direct- Leavin. Detangle heaven!!! (Hair already smooth and detangled from the cleansing and add a little of the LeaveIn gives you a wonderful experienceโฆat least for me.) If you have high porosity hairโฆthis mixture is for you. If you have gray hair, this is for you. If you have damaged hair where the cuticles are acting up, this is for you if you donโt want to cut it off yet but get some length before cutting. Thisโll help. *Note: If you use Sidr powder alone as a hair mask, it is WISE ๐ง to put a plastic processing cap on the head. Donโt let it dry out and you WONโT have a hard time rinsing it out. ๐ง *Same with other herbal Ayurvedic powder masks. Use a processing cap or plastic grocery bag.
