Shoreline Decorative 7 1/2”DX15”L Iron Mantel Corbel for Heavy Duty Bracket Support for Interior/Exterior Use (Old Copper)

I purchased 2 of these corbels for a barn beam mantel. The depth of the mantel is close to 12", so I requested to have the brackets be built to a 10" depth. The request was pleasantly accommodated by the seller. There was a small fee for the modification, but the customer service and uniqueness of this custom-made item warranted the added expense for me. I am very happy with the weight and strength of the brackets. I am, without reservations, confident that they will keep the heavy mantel in place! I opted for the nickel finish, and I felt that it was very well done. Clearly, I am a happy customer, and would recommend this product and the outfit that built it.

This isn't a review of the product but just some additional info that I didn't see in the description that caused me to cancel my order.I ordered this assuming it came as a set of two brackets. I assumed incorrectly. This ad is for one (1) bracket only. The seller was very good by calling me to make sure I only wanted one bracket. Realizing this, I decided to cancel my order.I'm sure the product is very good and the seller was certainly helpful when they didn't have to be, unfortunately the price for 2 brackets was more than I wanted to pay for my application. Just wanted to pass this info along since I couldn't find it in the description. I recommend to the seller that it be added to prevent confusion and possible frustration down the road.
