Why won't the clip ons fit other glasses?

They will only if you have a round glasses style similar to the size of the ones that come with the clip ons. I've had two of these now and they fit perfectly on my 45mm round style prescription glasses.

They actually do fit on to some other glasses they have to be rounder lenses though.
