Biotin, 5,000 mcg, 120 Veggie Caps

Excellent after bariatric surgery. My hair is still coming out but regrowth is already happening at the same time. I'm six months post op. My nails are also growing fast and stronger.It won't stop hair loss but it helps accelerate regrowth in my experience.

I had a kidney transplant 4 months ago and unfortunately, one of the immunosuppressants has many side effects, one of them being hair loss. As a woman, this is devastating. My once thick hair has thinned significantly and I have really taken a hit to my self esteem. My transplant doctor gave me the OK to use biotin supplements and I chose this one. It's been about a month now and while my hair is still falling out, it seems to have slowed a bit. I don't know if that's related to the biotin or something else. What I have noticed is that my nails look beautiful - better than they have in years. They were thin, splitting and peeling and now they are incredibly strong, thick and hard. So I'm guessing if you are a normal, healthy person with thinning hair, this will probably help you. And in my experience, it's a miracle worker for your nails.
