Does this product help for dark circles, or just puffiness and wrinkles?

This helped significantly with my dark circles. I wore them every other day .

Can you use these on your lips as well?

No not meant for your lips . They make lip mask for a reason.

I’ve had the jar unopened for a couple of years. Does the moisturizer evaporate? I’m not seeing or feeling any when I remove the eye patch.

I've purchased for my wife several times. She usually takes close to a year to 18 mos to use it. So far it doesn't seem to have dried up. She stores it in a dark closet with supplies and toiletries and makes sure it's closed tight after using. Maybe make sure it's tightly closed and store away from warm areas. Check on product when it arrives and make sure you close well after opening. This will insure good batch received at the outset.

I have no idea what sorcery is afoot within these odd little gelatinous patches, but they work - and right away. Given the time, I will leave them on for a while until I leave the house or have a Zoom call or whatever - but even if I have 15 minutes before a meeting starts, they still help. For all I know, maybe a couple cucumbers would do the same - but these stay on my face - and why fix it if it isn't broken.
