That being said, if one were considering hanging the cutter, it would be advisable to make sure the devices used to hang were mounted very securely into studs. You can print cut lines if necessary. **Q: Do both axis have metric and imperial measurements on them?** A: Yes, Both X and Y axes have imperial and metric scales **Q: will this cut laminated (5mm film) cardstock?** A: Hopefully your laminate is "5 mil", which is .005" thick (a "mil" is a thousandth of an inch) rather than 5mm. I have cut menus laminated with 5 mil hot laminate on this cutter.
