Familiar with the size and needed for travel
It's in good condition, I only need it during 2 or 3 days period while I travel with few linens because I only have linen and it wasn't helping compare to pads.

Terrible packaging
The item is fine but the packaging was terrible. No effort was made to hide on the box the name of the product. I live in a coop with doorman. Why do they have to know about my personal information.

The product did not come in an Amazon package
The item arrived as advertised, but it came in its original packaging. For personal things like this, there needs to be an option for using amazon packaging. Other than that, I have no complaints.
