I don't normally write reviews but I am so pleased with this purchase. Having recently moved from a fully carpeted house to a flat with wood floors throughout I needed to use my Miele Cat & Dog C3 vacuum cleaner with the hard floor attachment. However when I tried to remove the turbo head from the telescopic tube it was completely stuck and no matter what I tried, I could not remove it to replace with the hard floor attachment. The easiest solution was to buy a new telescopic tube and having looked at the descriptions of those available I decided on the above. I am so pleased I did as it is absolutely the same as the Miele extension tube but so much cheaper. It fits both the hard floor attachment (which incidentally I had never used previously so was loathe to give up on) and also the end where it feeds into the vacuum cleaner itself. On my Miele C3 complete, the connector that reduced the 35mm vacuum tube to 31mm so it fits the suction head snapped. Miele has recognised this as a design flaw and decreased the telescope pipe to 31mm at the end with a locking port, which means the plastic connector is no longer required. I tried to buy just the broken plastic part directly from Miele; however, they DONT SELL THEM. You must buy a new telescopic arm that reduces from 35 to 31mm, which costs £65!! This alternative fits just as well and for a fraction of the price.

Good replacement for my Miele. Doesn’t fit quite so well, but it does the job.

Had to buy this when our original Miele tube broke in half. Have been using this one every day for a month and it feels sturdier than the original. The extension mechanism isn't as pretty but it works better than the Miele which was fiddly and often would work first or second time as it would get stuck. This one has a simple switch mechanism which works better. It was the plastic cuff on the Miele extension mechanism that broke in the first place. It literally snapped in half. It's a bit heavier than the original but that doesn't bother me and adds to the feeling that it is tough and won't break as easily as the Miele one did.

This is not worth buying. Like every item that is a fit for Miele, they do not last and the rod collaspes. Disappointing.

This is a superb replacement for the Miele extendable pole. I actually like the extendable mechanism button better than the Miele design. Highly recommended.

Ok product, bought to replace original Miele one, but the length adjustment bottom broke after a couple of months.

It's all good. Can't complain
