Nicest roller bag ever. This thing glides and can easily pack a week. No complaints. Well made, laptop pocket is huge, zippers are clean and slide. Handles are sturdy. It scratches, don’t get me wrong, but I’ve checked it 3 times now, and it’s no more than any other bag. Best one I’ve ever owned. Highly recommended.

Purchased this for a 10 day Europe trip as my other bag was worn out. Flew 3 different airlines, fit as a carryon on all 3. Zippers are solid and strong, locks work great, outer “pocket” fit a pair of running shoes! Overall weight is average, on the lighter side if anything. The wheels are so smooth, they make no noise at all and after being pushed/pulled/dragged through cobblestone streets in Prague/Berlin/amsterdam they are still silent and smooth. Excellent purchase, value for the money is there. Don’t hesitate at all!

Great suitcase it has alot of space, the handles are high quality and durable and the wheels are really good across a variety of surfaces. I recommend this suitcase especially since I tried a few other brands that I ended up returning when I realized how loose the handles were and the material of the case just felt cheap

This is a durable, well-sized, and super smooth rolling carry-on. I travel frequently and the casters are the smoothest rolling casters of any rolling carry-on bag I've used. Customer and warranty support was very efficient as well. One of the casters broke during a trip, and they sent me a new caster without any difficulty. The zipper handles are long and tabbed, so make sure to latch them into the slots or they can get caught.

Purchased and returned. This suitcase was smaller than expected AND was really flimsy. When I think "hard sided" I think HARD SIDED. I don't expect it to flex. I thought the front pocket would be handy and then remembered that human beings suck. #1, the chances that my overhead bid space will be over my seat is 1 in 10,000 flights. Most likely my overhead luggage will be 13 rows away. #2, regardless of where the bin location is, is the passenger under my luggage really going to want me to be going back and forth in the bin space? NO. #3, to use it I would need to take the entire bag out of the bin. That would be nearly impossible on a standard flight. The idea of the front pocket is nice while your in the airport, but I think 100% unusable once you are on the flight. I never used this. I returned it within days of opening it. LAST: check out the size requirements. Many of these bags say they are 22x14x9; as needed by the airlines, but when you look closer 1 or more of the measurements will be outside the parameters. 22x14x9 is the entire bag (wheels and all, with the handle down) - not just the storage area. And last, remember TSA approved is NOT the same as airline approved. I have watched more than one person fight with airline employees about bag sized and then pay more to have them loaded as a checked bag.

I live the size and organization, the only bummer is that the left compartment shares space with the “quick access” pocket on the outer shell so if it’s over stuffed you may not fit a laptop or other small digital devices. Overall still a great piece of luggage to have, the wheels are extremely smooth on carpet and slick surfaces. The handle feels robust enough to manipulate and adjust to a good height as I’m 5’10’’ and my girlfriend is 4’11’’ and the luggage is adjustable to adapt to each others heights.

I mainly bought this for short business trips with my 15” work laptop. Most roller bags with outside compartments won’t fit a laptop that big. After I used it a few times, the zipper separated as I closed it. I was able to self heal it carefully but if I pack anything inside that half of the inside compartment, it’s too much pressure for the zipper to handle. That makes the interior space much more limited but is ok for an overnight trip. I have to lay it flat and push down hard so there’s no tension at all on the zipper or it will separate as I zip it up. I’ve used it about a dozen times, but I’m worried that one day it won’t self heal anymore while I’m on a trip or that it will come apart as I’m rolling it, so I’m looking for a replacement. The wheels are great- they roll so well that it will roll away in the bathroom when you’re washing your hands or getting things out of your car so keep an eye on it. If the zipper was more reliable it would be a great bag.

This is a very nice well-made luggage, looks very beautiful, easy to use easy to roll. Carry capacity is very big.

I travel a lot for business and family trips. This is a very good and versatile bag. The wheels are super smooth. Ignore people complaining about the capacity when a computer is in the outer pocket. The bag's capacity is limited by its size (i.e., it has to meet the airline's limitation). Think of it this way: if you put the computer inside a bag without an outer pocket, it would hold the same amount. This just provides access without opening the whole bag. Durability may be a question in the long run, but for now, I'm quite pleased.

La maleta es fantástica y muy fácil para sacar el portátil en el control de seguridad. Es un poco pesada pero muy robusta. Las ruedas perfectas, casi va sola sin necesidad de empujarla.

I recently purchased what turned out to be the worst cabin suitcase of my life. Just last week, I took it on a trip to Bali, and from the moment I arrived at the airport, I faced issues. One of the zippers broke before I even boarded my flight, which I initially thought was just bad luck. However, upon landing in Bali, the second zipper also failed. I found myself struggling to carry my belongings in half of the open suitcase for a grueling 1.5 kilometers through the airport. It was an incredibly frustrating experience that no traveler should have to endure!
