I've been buying dried beans for the past couple years from a fancy California farm but now I've switched to Camellia. These beans cook up beautifully in the instapot and seem very fresh. Excellent flavor and just superb texture. Great price point for the high quality. I use the cannellini in classic Minestrone and they make the soup.

So happy with these beans. Just as good as the canned if not better in my opinion.

Camellia is known as the best for a reason. Texas has an inexplicable grudge against dried cannellini beans, so I have to order them from Amazon like a savage. It’s baffling. These are normal, staple beans. Come on, H-E-B. Anyway, these are a decent price, are as “fresh” as fried beans can be, and they cook beautifully. I recommend an overnight soak in salted water before cooking, and adding a pinch of baking soda helps to soften the skin of the beans to make them creamier. Legend has it that this will also cause fewer farts. This legend has been busted, but the beans remain delicious.

The size and quality of tge beans were way better than store brands. I used one the bags of beans for Senate navy bean soup and even though i did not soak them overnight, the soup still finished early in my slow cooker.

These are great quality dried cannellini beans that cook tender easily. My favorite beans.
