They no longer make the PB-8010. This model is the PB-9010T and yes it is a Beast. It has a 5 year consumer warranty.

Can I use 40:1 or does it have to be 50:1 thanks

40:1 oil to fuel ratio will reduce the engine performance, too much oil. I actually use AMSOIL 100:1 Synthetic 2-Stroke Oil in all my 2-cycle equipment and get better fuel economy and performance for over 20 years.

Can someone direct me to a tune up package for this?

Unless you've purchased the warranty pack, you may have to seek out a small engine mechanic
